Online Ordering Info

WPA established WPA Books + Editions as another way to support artists, while also giving our friends and their friends additional reasons to stop in and say hello. For that reason, and because we are small, we prioritize in-person purchases. The fastest way to get the book or edition you want is to come by during business hours. 

A Note about US (Domestic) Shipping of Books

  • WPA processes shipping orders once every two weeks, so please allow at least 14 business days for your order to be shipped. Packages are sent via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation.

  • Shipping is calculated by the number of items in your order. Standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states usually takes 2-9 business days, depending on destination. We are unable to offer priority or express shipping at this time.

  • Please make sure your shipping address and contact info are correctly entered at checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost packages to incorrect addresses. 

A Note about US (Domestic) Shipping of Editions & Multiples

We process shipping orders on editions & multiples once every three weeks. Depending upon when you place your order, it could be anywhere from 1-15 business days before your order leaves our office/gallery. Most editions & multiples are sent via Fed-Ex without a signature required. We will send you the tracking number at the time of shipment. If the value of your order is more than $500, we will charge you extra to cover insurance.

Sales Tax
We charge DC sales tax on all in-person purchases as well as those shipped within the District of Columbia.

Returns/Exchanges 
Generally, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. We will, however, accept returns on defective items, or items that you receive that are different from that which was described on our website, if the request is made within 14 days of the order ship date. For defective or damaged items, please email jmartin@wpadc.org and accompany your request with a photograph of the defect/damage.

Privacy Policy

  • Customer information collected by us through our online shop will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling and delivering your orders, and customer service. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, we will only use that information to send you occasional announcements related to WPA.  

  • We will never share or sell your information to any third parties or use it for any outside marketing purposes.  

  • Should you ever wish to unsubscribe or opt out of our mailing list, simply fill out the form on our website to unsubscribe, or send us an email to be removed.
